Toshihisa Toyoda, Japanese economist, educator. Member Econometric Society, Japanese Economic Association, Japanese Statistics Society, Japan Society International Devel. (president, 2005-2008), East Asian Economic Association, Omicron Delta Epsilon.

He worked at Kobe University for 1966-2004, and at Hiroshima Shudo University for 2004-2012. He is now Professor Emeritus at Kobe Univ and at Hiroshima Shudo Univ.

Background

Toyoda, Toshihisa was born in 1940 in Okayama, Japan. Son of Tohru and Kikuyo Toyoda.
