Karen Price has written 43 books - all nonfiction. They have been published by Heinemann Library and Heinemann/Raintree, Scholastic Book Clubs and Book Fairs, National Geographic, the Smithsonian Institute, Greenhaven Press, Lucent Books, and other publishers. Lately, she has been focusing more on fiction and is exploring ways to publish her short stories. She has done fiction readings locally at Urban Rethink in Orlando, Florida, and at Maitland Poets and Writers in Maitland, Florida.
