She is a typical teenager in her hometown Calapan, Oriental Mindoro before joining the biggest reality show in the Philippines Pinoy Big Brother and finished as the second teen big placer next to Myrtle Sarrosa.
Career
On July 7, 2012, she was declared Second Big Placer of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4. Karen Reyes is currently managed and under contract to Star Magic, ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network"s home based talent agency. Karen Mae Reyes was originally from Makati City until she and her family moved to Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
She might have been the strongest, most noticeable personality inside the PBB Teen house but 15-year-old Karen Reyes could also very well be the toughest.
At her early age, Reyes was an orphan to her father, Her father died of a traffic incident. She was a junior high school student at Jose J. Leido Junior.
Memorial National High School in Calapan before she joined PBB Teens. Her pretty face, being likened to that of a young Lorna Tolentino, has given her a newfound fame.
Her dream is to finish high school and pursue a course in Tourism in college.
Reyes is still a simple girl with simple joys, someone who enjoys texting, playing computer games, eating, and sleeping. Aside from dancing, She has also acquired the talent of seducing the camera when posing for pictures. Reyes idolizes actress Angel Locsin and she is open to any acting job.
In fact, she has already been included in the cast immediately in the afternoon teleserye "Angelito" (Book 2) on ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network 2.

Karen Reyes wore a smiling face after she went out of a large disco ball on PBB Teen Edition 4 Uber 2012 where she was introduced as an official house mate. This bubbly girl was dubbed as the Hagikgik Chic ng Mindoro for her unusual laughter but deep inside, Karen hides her sadness.
Her father died due to a traffic incident and she became very emotional before she entered the PBB house.
She said her goodbyes to her mother whom she will miss while staying inside Kuya"s house. After 90 days of staying inside big brother"s house, Reyes was declared PBB Teen Edition 4 Second Big Placer! She got 11.91% of combined Save and Evict votes during the finale that was held on July 7, 2012 at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Bulacan.
