Career
Succeeding his father, Kasetsu Kanze assumed the name of Tetsunojo VI (1910). Changed his name to Kasetsu (1947). After the Kanze headmaster Sakon’s death, he served the headmaster’s family and was guardian to its heir, Motomasa, (1950). Appointed instructor of the Tokyo Academy of Music (1926).
