Katerina Anghelaki-Rooke

Education

She studied at the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa.

Career

She received grants from the Ford Foundation in 1972 and 1975. She was a Fulbright Visiting Lecturer in the United States in 1980 to 1981. She taught at Harvard University, University of Utah, and San Francisco State University.

She was a panelist at the Prague Writers" Festival in 2004 and 2008.

Achievements

• She won the Greek National Prize for Poetry in 1985 and 2012.
