Kazuaki Chayama, Japanese medical educator. Achievements include research in effect of interferon therapy on hepatocellular carcinogenesis in patients with chronic hepatitis type C; research in association of amino acid sequence in the PKR-elf2 phosphorylation homology domain and response to interferon therapy.
Chayama, Kazuaki was born on December 10, 1955 in To-haku Chou, Tottori, Japan. Son of Michito and Mitsuyo Chayama.
