Tsukada Kazuho was born in 1898, Nagano Prefecture, Chūbu region of Japan.
In 1923, graduated from the Waseda University, Politics & Economics Department.
Kazuho Tsukada entered Tokyo Nichi Nichi Shimbun and worked at its "Economist" Magazine Editorial Office. Joined Mainichi Shimbun and ultimately became chief of its Editorial Office. Since 1945 became what is known as Kakuin in Japanese, (meaning associate editor) and chief director of Fumin Kyokai (Wealthy People's Association).
