Keisuke Tsutsui attended Keio University.
Career
After attending the university, Keisuke Tsutsui edited "The People's Journal" and was connected with the literary department of theatrical troupe, "Todo". After the end of World War II he joined NHK (Japan's national public broadcasting organization) as a radio playwright.
