Keitaro Masui served as chairman of Shizuoka Municipal Rice Wholesale Merchants' Union (from 1928) and official of a few other food industry organizations. He appointed chairman of Shizuoka Municipal Assembly in 1942, councilor of Shizuoka Prefectural Commerce, Industry & Economic Association in 1943 and chief director of Shizuoka Prefectural Food Corporation in 1946.
Keitaro Masui became director of Shimizu Bank in 1950 and thereafter he assumed the above-captioned posts. He assumed additional posts as director of Shizuoka-ken Shinyo Kinko (Shizuoka Prefectural Credit Depository) and chairman of Shizuoka Prefectural Federation of Chambers of Commerce & Industry in 1951.
Keitaro Masui became permanent member of Shizuoka Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 1926.
