Education
Kenji Yoshioka studied art under Kyuho Noda.
Career
Came into prominence when his works were hung at the art exhibitions of Japan Art Institute, of which he later became a judge. Founded Sozo Bijutsu Art Society together with Kyujin Yamamoto and others (1948).
