After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University where he studied both Drama and Music Industry, Groob worked as an actor filming television spots for Entertainment and Sports Programming Network, Sprint, Microsoft, and Music Television.
Print ads featuring Groob also appeared in Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly. Groob now resides in New York City where he has just completed writing and producing his first album "Show Maine Something". Released April 5, 2011, "Show Maine Something", broke into the Top 50 in iTunes" Singer/Songwriter charts.
