Kimura Taiken

Kimura Taiken became an apprentice at an early age, then a novice priest at To- ji-ji Temple of Soto Sect. He attended Tokyo University.
Career
Kimura Taiken became instructor at his alma mater (1912) and was confirmed a professor (1923). Among his works are "Studies of Abdidharma" and "Treatise on Ancient Buddhism."
