In 1917 Kiyo-omi Nomura graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University.
Kiyo-omi Nomura entered Nihon Kogyo Bank (Japan Industrial Bank) and served successively as secretary, manager of Kobe Branch, chief of Business Section of the head office and manager of Nagoya and Osaka branches.
Upon resigning from the bank became managing director of Meidensha Company in 1943 and president of Fuji Sangyo (Industrial) Company in 1946 and president of Hokuriku Kokii Yuso (Air Transport) Company in 1952.
Also Kiyo-omi Nomura was a counselor of Fuji Sangyo (Industrial) Company.
