Career
Kokichi Yamamoto served with Yasuda Hozensha (Yasuda Charity Foundation), Kashima Bank and Nomura Bank. He served as managing director of Matsue Bank and Yuasa Copper Rolling Company and executive of a few other metal industry companies.
Later began operating Shinseisha which sells motors and then became president of Ichihata Denki Tetsudo Kaisha (Ichihata Electric Railway Company) and president of Shinseisha Company. Held additional posts of chairman of Shimane Prefectural Public Safety Commission and chairman of Shimane Shinyo Hosho Kyokai (Shimane Prefectural Credit Security Association).
