Golubev, Konstantin was born in 1896.
Graduated from the Frunze Academy, 1926, and the Academy of the General Staff, 1938.
On active service during World War I. Joined the Red Army, 1918, and the Communist Party, 1919. Regimental commander during the Civil War. Taught at the Frunze Academy.
Took part in World War II. From 1944, involved in the hunting down of Russian refugees in the West. Later taught at the Academy of the General Staff, 1949-1953.
