1925 graduate Kiev Polytcch Institute.
1925 designed K-l passenger plane. From 1926 head Design Bureau, Ukraine Air Fleet. 1926-1927 designed K-2 and K-3 aircraft.
1928-1929 designed K-4 and K-5 passenger planes, which replaced foreign-built airliners in Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. 1930-1933 designed several aircraft, including the K-7 airliner for 120 passengers and 12 crew. 1937 designed K-12 tailless bomber.
1938 designed K-13 specialpurpose bomber with rear gun-turret.
