SAKHNOVSKY, Konstantin was born in 1879.
1908 graduated Nikolaev Engineering Academy, St. Petersburg.
1910-1911 worked on construction of Kronshtadt Fortress. 1911-1914 on construction of open-air engineer installations on Berezan Island, Black Sea. 1914-1918 on construction of Sveaborg Fortress.
1918-1922 on construction of Nizhnyaya Svir Hydropower Plant, etc. 1918-1932 instructor, Red Army Military Engineering Academy. 1925-1936 worked for Leningrad Constiuction Trust, “Mashinostroyproekt” and other trusts.
1936-1941 Professor, Leningrad Institute of Civil Air Fleet Engineering.
