Konstantin Eduardovich Topolaga was born on April 24, 1967, in Vladivostok, Primor'ye, Russian Federation.
In 1990, Konstantin Eduardovich graduated from the Voronezh State Institute of Arts, a teacher - Topolaga V.V. from 2004 to 2007, he studied at the director's faculty of the school. B.V. Shchukin, workshop of L.E. Heifetz.
