And I.E.A.T.C(paris) and a developer, author, trainer and a consultant in the field of Neuro-linguistic programming(Neuro-linguistic programming), a collection of concepts and techniques intended to understand and change human behavior patterns created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in 1975. He wrote his first book Secrets of Wise People at the age 16 about Hypnosis, Acupuncture and Martial arts Continuing his education in psychotherapy, he went to France in 1983.
He studied Chinese traditional medicine in I.E.A.T.C-paris and he was influenced by Jean Louis Blard, Alain Peyronnel and Thierry Bollet.
He was selected as the top athlete of paris in 1989.(karate bushido magazine,no160,apri11989) When Neuro-linguistic programming was introduced to France, Moaddeli began to study this science, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Enneagram, Coaching and Metaphors and he received a Master"s degree from acceder institute, of Paris (in Coaching, Neuro-linguistic programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis) from Max Vauussard, the manager of the institute. He also studied under Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Robert Dilts.
Moaddeli has been publishing articles about Neuro-linguistic programming in Iranian and French magazines for a long time. In 2001, he founded the first Neuro-linguistic programming and Coaching institute in Iran.
In 2010, he introduced word-free hypnosis.
He collaborated with companies such as TOTAL, AGF, and ALCATEL.
