He graduated from Osaka Prefectural Medical College (1916).
Career
He became professor of Osaka Medical College (1925) and professor of Osaka University (1931). He served successively as director of the library attached to the university and dean of Medical Department of the university. Author of "Cytological Studies on Thyroid Gland of the Dog" (Thesis for M.D.) (1925), "Cytological Studies on Maxilla of the Cat" and "Technical Terms in Anatomy: Old and New" (co-edited).
