1930's graduate Leningrad Institute of Journalism and Institute of Red Professor.
From 1937 taught Communist Party of the Soviet Union history. 1939-1941 head, Chair of Marxism-Leninism, Kiev University. During VVW 2 worked for Central Committee, Communist Party Ukraine.
After World War 2 worked for Llkr Council of Minister then for Ukraine Radio Telegraph Agency. From 1951 taught at Kiev Higher educational institutions. 1956-1965 rector and associate professor, then professor, Institute of Advanced Training for Social Sciences Teachers, Kiev University.
1965-1967 director, Institute of History, Ukraine Academy of Sciences. 1965 attended Soviet-German Historians Conference, East Berlin. 1965 also attended 12th International Congress of Historical Sciences, Vienna.
