Kwok-Leung was born in Hong Kong.

Education

Kwok-Leung studied at the University of Hong Kong in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong. In 1987 he received a degree of the Bachelor of Medicine.

In 2001 he studied at the University of Nottingham. He became a Doctor of Medicine.

Career

Kwok-Leung worked as a Senior medical officer surgery in Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong from 1995 to 1999. Consultant breast surgeon Nottingham University Hospitals, since 2001, head of the service, breast services, since 2007. Clinical senior lecturer University Nottingham, 2004—2006, associate professor, England, since 2006. Researcher in the field.
