He held an unbeaten winning streak at the Copa Podio from 2011 to 2013. Leandro holds a black belt under Cicero Costha and trains at Cicero Costha Academy in São Paulo Paulo, Brazil, alongside other high-level competitors, such as Paulo & João Miyao.
