Tzong-Hsi, Lee was born on June 27, 1964 in Yurn-Lin, Taiwan. Son of Jin-Town Lee and Chiou-Shiar Chen.

Visiting staff, department of internal mediceine National Taiwan University Hospital, 1995—1997. Visiting staff, department of internal medicine Taipei Hospital, Department of Health, Republic of China, 1997—2000. Visiting staff, division of gastroenterology Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, Pan-Chiao, Taipei, since 2000, section chief Division Gastroenterology, since 2001.

Lecturer of department of internal medicine College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, since 2002.
