Goldmann, Leon was born in 1877.
Member of the social-democratic
movement from 1898. Exiled for revolutionary activity. After the February Revolution 1917, Chairman of Irkutsk Soviet, member of the Central Committee of the Menshevik Party.
Later, member of the Siberian Political Centre. After the Civil War, worked as an economist. In the early 1920s, arrested several times.
Rearrested in 1937.
