Graduated from the Belorussian State Agricultural Academy.
1979 he completed his postgraduate studies at the Belorussian Research Institute of Agricultural Economics.
PhD (since 1999).
1999 he defended a thesis on "The economic risk and financial sustainability of agricultural companies". His works are devoted to the sustainability of agricultural enterprises, the development of enterprises.
He was a director and performer for research topics to determine the main directions of development and distribution of forage production on collective and state farms of the Republic, he developed and implemented the evidence-based quality management system of labor and agricultural products, validated and implemented the standards of production costs in the main sectors of agriculture and agricultural service enterprises, defined the role, place and concept development of agricultural industries in the market economy, improved the economic mechanism of management in an uncertain business environment and economic risk.
Proposals for optimization of technical, technological and economic decision-making to justify and implement the livestock complexes that reduce the risk of loss was developed by providing their high-functioning.
Dohil created the technique of rationalization of forage breeding complexes, which has been recognized as one of the most promising.
