Leonid Paulinovich graduated from the 1st Pavlovsky School. Studied at the Mikhailovsky Voronezh Cadet Corps and in 1886, graduated from the Nikolayev General Staff Academy.
Career
In 1900-1904, Head of the Vilenskaya infantry school of the Junkers. In 1904, Chief of military communications of the Vilnius Military District, in 1904-1906, the 2nd Manchurian Army. In 1906-1917, Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Cadet Corps.
