From 1921 worked for Soviet establishments in Bobruysk. 1924-1930 Belorussian Deputy People's Commissar of Social Security. 1931-1937 chairman, Belorussian Invalids Cooperative Association.
Chairman, Central Committee, Peasants’ Social Mutual Aid Organisation Head, Secretariat, Belorussian Central Executive Committee. During World War 2 helped establish Party underground organisation in Minsk.
His apartment was used for meetings of the underground Minsk City Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Belorussian. Arrested by German occupation authorities.
