1899 arrested for revol activities. 1901 emigrated to Munich and joined her brother Yu. O. Martov (Tsederbaum).
Shortly afterwards sent to Moscow by editorial board of newspaper Iskra. Early 1902 arrested and exiled to Eastern Siberia. Winter of 1904-1905 escaped abroad.
From summer of 1905 worked for secretariat of Iskra. Late 1905 returned to Russia. Late 1907-latc 1911 with her husband in Paris, then returned to Saint St. Petersburg.
1914 followed husband into exile in Minusinsk and Irkutsk (Siberia). After 1917 February Revol lived in Saint St. Petersburg, then in Moscow. 1922 together with several leaders of Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party (Mensheviks) banished from Russia by Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
1922-1933 in Berlin; 1933-1940 in Paris. From 1940 in New New York Foreign a while represented Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party foreign deleg at Socialist Women's International.
