Ryan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Dartmouth College, (New Hampshire) in 1987 and an Master of Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton in 1994.
Career
She lives and works in Los Angeles, California. Ryan works in photography, video and mixed media. Her interest in the use of visual metaphor remains constant throughout her bodies of work.
