Louise received Bachelor of Arts at Johns Hopkins University in 1989, and then she earned Master of Arts at University of Houston in 1992.
Louise devoted her career to writing. She is also a contributor to different periodicals. Until she started getting paid to do writing, she supported herself by teaching school (sixth, eighth, ninth, and eleventh grade English), cleaning houses, answering phones, and taking dictation from arrogant lawyers.
