Career
Chu Lu-ho served as secretary of the Customs Tariff Revision Conference, Beijing (Peking) and the Commission on Extraterritoriality, Beijing (Peking) and was a department director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1927 to 1928. Later he was a political vice-Minister and later acting Minister of Judicial Administration in 1928-1930. Also, Mr. Chu was a member of the Legislative Yuan since 1930.
