Worked at Kanung & Partners Law Offices (Bangkok) specializing in General Practice, Investment, Corporate, Banking and Finance, Securities, Environmental Law, Taxation, Maritime and International Business Law, Immigration and Naturalization, Labour Law, Civil and Criminal Trials, Intellectual Property, Administrative Law. Established in 1991, the partnership is a successor firm to Kanung-Prok & Associates International Law Offices which was founded in 1983. Kanung and Partners Law Offices provide a complete range of high quality legal and consultancy services to business companies, government agencies and individuals, both Thai and foreign.
These services are provided by a staff of 22 Thai lawyers, including 12 partners, having background experience in company, commercial and international business transactions as well as litigation and international arbitration.
The firm maintains excellent relationship with government authorities and international organizations regulating business and trade and it has those contacts with the public and private sectors (particularly banking) which are indispensable for the effectiverepresentation and protection of its clients in Thailand.
