In 1969 Anatoliy Aleksandrovich finished the secondary school №1 of Lipetsk and in 1974 graduated from Voronezh State University.
Since 1974 has been working in Voronezh State University as a teacher, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of Slavonic Philology. The author of about 60 scientific works, including the monographs published in Voronezh: "Sravnitelnaya grammatika slavianskih yazikov" ("Comparative grammar of Slavonic languages") (1994), "Problemi istoricheskoy lingvistiki teksta" ("The problems of historical linguistics of text") (2004; the words of gratitude by the Head of Administration of Voronezh oblast), "Istoria russkogo literaturnogo yazika" ("The history of Russian literary language") (2005), "Teoreticheskie osnovi issledovania rechevoy sistemnosti teksta" ("The theoretical bases for the study of text speech consistency") (2006), "Rechevaya kartina mira" ("Speech world view") (2008), "Modeli rechi" ("Speech patterns") (2008) and others.
