Graduated from Civil Engineering Department of Tokyo University in 1927.
Career
Served at Civil Engineering Research Institute of Home Ministry and then as an engineer at Kanto Doboku Shutchojo (Kanto District Civil Engineering Agency) and technical officer at Kanto Chiho Kensetsukyoku (Kanto District Construction Bureau) and thereafter assumed his present post. Held additional post of chief of Kasen Kozobutsu.
