He also played for Venezuela in the 2007 Pan American Games, the 2007 Baseball World Cup and the 2008 America Cup. He played in the Milwaukee Brewers minor league system from 2001 to 2004 for the AZL Brewers (2001), High Desert Mavericks (2002), Helena Brewers (2003) and Beloit Snappers (2004). Overall, he batted.280 with 24 home runs and 139 Reserve Bank of India in 257 games.
