She plays for ASD Mozzanica. Giugliano played for ACFD Pordenone before joining ASD Torres Calcio in 2014. Giugliano was called up to be part of the for the 2014 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 Women"s World Cup, where she played six games and scored three goals.
She was called up to be part of the U17 national team for the 2014 Union of European Football Associations Women"s Under-17 Championship.
