Sukholutskaya, Mara Emmanuilovna was born on September 4, 1950 in Karaganda, Kaz., Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. Came to the United States, 1991. Daughter of Muniy Markovich Sukholutsky and Ekaterina Mikhailovna (Feldmer) Sukholutskaya.
