Quotations:
"The words are in my soul, waiting for me to form them into the story that runs through my mind in vivid colors, seeking shape, continuity, and cohesion. Writing is like an addiction. Stories tease at the outer fringes of a writer’s mind until he or she pays attention, then they burst forth through the fingers to the waiting keyboard. A true writer cannot ignore the prodding any more than he or she can ignore the next breath. I am no different."
"The strongest influences on my work are my readers. I want to satisfy their thirst for a good tale. If I’ve done that, then I’ve done my job. When I sit in front of my computer, I make a silent pledge to the people who will one day purchase my work. I promise them that I will do my utmost to give them a satisfying read, one they’ll want to pick up again and again, one that will leave them happy, yet wanting more."
"The ideas come from many different sources: everyday life, a story from someone’s past, a real life experience (mine or someone else’s), or just a quirk of my own imagination."
