  • Achievements include research in platelet adhesive and aggregating properties in thrombophilic conditions. Research in procoagulant activity (cancer procoagulant and Tissue Factor) of cultured tumor cell lines and of cells freshly isolated from patients with cancer (particularly acute leukemias). Research in cell procoagulant activities and the malignant phenotype.

    Research in hemostatic properties of macro- and micro-vascular endothelial cells under drug treatment. Research in tumor cells and endothelial cells: effect of tumor cells or their products on endothelial cell pro-thrombotic, angiogenic and adhesive properties. Research in hematopoietic growth factors on the hemostatic system activation markers in cancer patients.
