Career
Mark was President of Island Pictures in the early 1990s and produced many films such as Basketball Diaries (1995), The Sandlot, The Cure, and gave Halle Berry her first leading role, in. In the late 1990s, with his producing partner Oren Koules, he created Evolution Entertainment, which produces film and television and manages writers, directors, and actors. In 2004, with Oren and the late Gregg Hoffman, he created the production company Twisted Pictures that mainly focuses on developing and producing horror films.
Mark personally financed the first production of the Saw films with his partner, Oren.
