Tahira Khan Merritt is a former assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas who joined the firm as a partner in 1996 after serving for five years as an associate attorney in the negligence section of the Law Offices of Windle Turley, Professional Corporation Mistress
Merritt concentrates in the area of inadequate and negligent premises security litigation, sexual assault and sex crime litigation and automobile negligence litigation. Mr. & Mistress Merritt are co-authors of the two-volume Treatise, Texas Motion Practice Handbook, Copyright Knowles Publishing Company, 1200pp., 1995.
