Teacher in New York City public schools, 1868-1875. Removed to Ohio, and taught at different times and places. Taught in Kansas, 1885-1886.

Taught mission school among mountain whites in Grand View, Tennessee, 1889-1891. Since then a resident of Westerville, O. Author.
