Graduated from Tokyo Foreign Language School (1931).
Career
Masanobu Togo served with Soviet Trade Representation in Japan, then taught as professor at Tokyo Military Preparatory School and thereafter became assistant professor of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (1950). After the war devoted himself to introducing and study of Russian literature. Books include "Togo's Russian Language Course."
