Career
Masao Matsumoto became teacher at an elementary school in Hyogo Prefecture in 1927. Entered Yashima Iron Works in 1943 and became its auditor and representative director in 1950.
Appointed representative director of Shin-Yashima Iron Works, Ltd., which is a company affiliated with the above company in 1952. Held additional post of director of Kinki Umpanki Kyokai (Kinki Hauling Machinery Association).
