The firm has been engaged in the general practice of law since it was started by Mr.
Baxter in 1978. Its members are involved in many civic, charitable, and professional organizations in the community and state. Mr. Baxter has served as secretary and president of the Saline County Democratic Central Committee and as president of the Chamber of Commerce, and he is presently serving as an elected alderman of the City of Benton.
Mr. Baxter and Mr. Jensen have served as lecturers in continuing legal education courses presented by various state professional associations.
