Lavery first received recognition for his artistry at the age of 6.
He graduated from Amherst College, where he excelled in several team sports.
He was drafted onto the Toronto Blue Jays but soon moved to Laguna Beach, California to pursue his painting ambitions. The Whole Brain Power regiment consists of three core training exercises:
