Michiharu Takeda became engineer of Land Survey Department of Army in 1941, chief of General Affairs Department of Geological Research Institute, director of Printing Department of Geological Research Institute of Kensetsu-in (Construction Bureau) and thereafter became chief of 2nd Land Survey Department of Chiri Chosajo (Geographical Research Institute) of Construction Ministry since 1951.
