Education
At the University M.Ulashchyk was taught by professors U.I.Picheta, D.I.Daugyala, M.V.Dounar-Zapolsky, U.M.Ihnatousky; he took an active part in social and political life during the period of Belarusification.
Before World War II he worked as a teacher of history at school and also attended a post-graduate minimum course at A.Herzen Pedagogical Institute.
