He graduated from the theoretical department of the Musical College (Novomoskovsk, Tula region, 1979), the composition faculty of the Saratov Conservatory (1984).
Career
Teacher of the Kursk Music College (1984-1991, 1992-2003), Saratov Conservatory (1991-1992). The regent of the choir of the Znamensky Cathedral (since 1986, Kursk). He is engaged in active musical and educational activities. Member of the Voronezh Composers' Organization (since 1998), a participant of all her creative activities. Author of more than 100 works for chorus, chamber-vocal, instrumental and orchestral works, music for dramatic plays. Among the instrumental compositions - string quartet and quintet for brass instruments, symphony and overture for symphony orchestra, concertino and humoresque for string orchestra, concerts for violin and piano with orchestra and other works. A number of songs for the chorus for verses by A. Koltsov, Yu. Zhadovskaya, A. Maykov, A. Khomyakova and others were included in the collection "The Colorful World" (Voronezh, 1997) and were performed at the All-Russian Children's Song Festival (Voronezh, 1997).
